GRANDAD SANDALS – A GUIDE TO THE BEST CHANEL DUPES

Hey there, so who else thought they’d never be seen alive sporting a pair of ugly Grandad sandals? Er me too but I’m obsessed to be honest! I just think they are super cool, very comfortable and you can style with just about anything! Whilst the ones I am wearing may not be the real Chanel, they certainly are a great dupe and definitely do not come with the hefty price tag.  So read on fellow Grandads and I’ll help you to find your favourite dupes!

PUBLIC DESIRE – ASOS

The pair above which I am wearing (and below) are Public Desire at ASOS and currently retail at £17.45, they are chunky, made out of boule which you can wipe clean and I think are a pretty good replicate. Very comfortable too.

CHANEL

Just a little reminder of the real deal below, Chanel (obviously I would love to house in my expanding shoe collection), however with a price tag of £1090, I really cannot justify at the moment!

KURT GEIGER

Moving onto Kurt Geiger I love this brand and what a perfect dupe. I had my name on the waiting list for ages to reserve a pair of these beauties. A little high-end price wise retailing at £149, but oh so worth it, especially if you count the cost per wear factor.

DUCIE

Another high-end dupe retailing at £135.20, I especially love these by Ducie due to the sheer simplicity and the plain muted buckle; quilted and chunky they are definitely worth investing in.

DUNE LONDON

And finally, one of my favourite brands, classic, extremely well made and always very generous with their sizing is Dune London. The Lockstock is a fabulous dupe and also comes in a variety of colours, even a swanky leopard print if that’s your thing. Retailing at £110, mid prize range but always very good quality and fit so well.

I hope you’ve found this useful, as ever the views are all my own and if you would like me to review any other dupes for you, drop me a message in the comments below!
