If you are anything like me and love natural products that smell good enough to eat then you need to try the Poapoa product range.
A little bit of background about the brand and what it stands for, so Poapoa partners with small producers from rural, emerging communities to cultivate botanical blends and introduce them to a market they couldn’t otherwise access. Everyone contributes so everyone reaps the rewards!
Poapoa products are made from natural, hand-blended ingredients, full of moisturising oils and enriched with therapeutic aromas. Free from nasties such as sulfates, parabens and synthetics and as everything is 100% vegan, what’s not to love?
I was kindly gifted the Lemon and Rosemary Shampoo, Ylang Ylang and Rosemary Body Wash and the Charcoal Marble Soap, check out the review below to see how I got on! All products are currently available to purchase from the website www.poa-poa.com and if you use my code, “LEIGH20” you’ll receive a further 20% discount.
LEMON & ROSEMARY 100% PLANT-BASED SHAMPOO (currently £6.97 for 200 ml)
This shampoo smells fabulous with such a zesty aroma that invigorates the mind. I adore lemon-based products at the best of times but this was delicious! I have such long, thick hair and this helped to balance and revive my scalp, leaving my hair feeling soft and smelling fresh.
Bergamot Oil | Cedarwood Oil | Geranium Oil | Lavender Oil | Rosemary Oil
(Just to mention, all bottles are 100% recyclable or reusable too).
I really do think that soap is currently so underrated! This marbled marvel really cleansed and detoxified my skin, rich in nourishing vitamin E and ultra-hydrating (due to the Shea butter base) and I was surprised how long this soap bar lasted, it seemed to last forever so although a little pricey for a soap bar, definitely value for money due to its longevity.
Activated Charcoal Powder | Castor Seed Oil | Shea Butter | Tea Tree Oil | Virgin Coconut Oil
This spicy, floral scented body wash certainly invigorates you in the morning! I just loved the smell and as it’s so rich in vitamin E really nourishes the skin leaving it super silky.
Tea Tree Oil | Ylang Ylang Oil
